What part is this

this is dripping just a bit. I'm hoping they make a separate gasket for it at the cover.

Vacuum pump. Yep they sell a gasket.
Known problem area.
If you have a lot of miles....just replace the whole pump (sold with gasket).

I hope I'm wrong, but it looks like the cover is leaking...

It's here with all the info, the gasket towards the engine is replaceable. The one in the middle of the pump comes with a new pump. Check to see which one is leaking. Then double check the valve cover near the side. Part #11667570813

it's that part. There's no replaceable gasket at the cover? I'll replace that piece.

On the valve cover there is a gasket, then the gasket (o-ring 11667566483 above) between the head(near the valve cover) and the vacuum pump.

Here is the valve cover gasket. (NON S ) N12 engine 11127567877
