Spec-D Tuning headlights. Thoughts?

I was looking to black out my '12 Clubman S and ran across these: http://www.ultrarev.com/Spec-D-Tunin...eadlights.html Has anyone heard anything about them? Good, bad, indifferent?

I'd be curious to hear feedback about these, too...blacked out headlights are a must! But not if they're shoddy
