Hey guys i have a 2010 clubman that is now throwing the p3091 code. Did some research and found that the hpfp is usually the problem. My mini does not have any problem starting and stalling but will sometimes run rough while at idle and throw the yellow engine icon on the tach. Im debating weather I should replace it or sell the mini since the hpfp costs so much. Is there anything else that could cause the p3091 other than the hpfp? Any advice would be a great help.

To my knowledge the warranty only covers 2007-2009 models. Did I miss where they added 2010 to the list?

I thought it was all n14 cars. Call your local dealer with your vin

 

P3091 Fuel Rail Pressure Pressure-Rate- Controlled, Fallen Below Minimum Pressure

Is it a Clubman Base or Clubman S? The extended warranty does say only select models from 2007-2009, but I've even seen 2010 N14's and there has been noted instances where dealers warrantied N18 HPFP's. This individual HERE had it replaced in their N18 due to service bulletin # 010116. Maybe give it a shot if you believe the HPFP is your issue.
