2010 S OEM Speedometer Swap
Noob Question...
Is it possible to swap OEM speedometer to OEM speedometer???
Pros and cons??

I don't know any reason why it wouldn't be plug and play. What are you trying to accomplish?

Instead of fixing the actual warning condition? Well that's easy. Cover the warning lights with black tape.

Possible issues with swapping in a used speedo are the odometer may show the wrong value, and warning lights might not work correctly if the speedo was programmed for a different configuration from what's on your car.
