Hi folks, new 2012 Clubman owner here. So far I love the car!

I have a question regarding the heat shield around the mufflers. I went to install my new tags after registering the vehicle and noticed the lower bumper piece seemed to have excessive wiggle. Upon further inspection I noticed the 2 fasteners that secure the piece to the frame were missing. I have since secured them. This lead me to further investigate the rear end of the vehicle. I noticed there is an aluminum heat shield between the body and muffler on the passenger side muffler but not on the drivers side muffler. Is this normal? Shouldn't there be a heat shield around both mufflers?

Bump. Mine is also "missing".. Just was under the car tonight and I saw the same shield missing on my drivers side..?
