Hello everyone!!!

Just picked up an '08 Clubman S with 38K on the clock! Im new to the Mini scene, but well versed in the forum scene (old BMW 6 series owner, bass guitar player).

Just thought I'd introduce myself and the car. This forum seems like a great wealth of information on these vehicles.

I am a full-time mechanic in central PA and have always lusted after a Mini, but never thought i'd be able to own one due to cargo capacity.

Enter the Clubman!!!



I can fit so much music equipment in this car is almost embarassing when we unload at the gigs...its like a clown car!!!

Anyhow, its Hot Chocolate, with the matching brown leather interior with all the bells and whistles. i absolutely love it!

looking for some snow tire/wheel set-ups. The 17's price me out. I think i can get a set of wheels and tires (16s) for less than the 17s!!! What do you guys do for the winter?!

A family friend had an 09 convertible and he said he has the stock 16'' wheels from it. I think ill be able to pick them up for cheap and put some snow tires on those wheels. Considerably less expensive, and ill be able to get a narrower tire which is good.

Also just found that the PO put in an emergency spare!! OH YEA!@!
