Hello. I have an 09 Clubman. When I open the passenger door, the window drops the 1/2 inch like its supposed to, but when I close the door , the window doesn't go back up on its own. Is this a mechanical issue or a programming fix. If it is a programming fix, can I do it myself or do I need to go to the dealer. Thanks. Brian.

Try to reset yourself. Hold the window switch down for 10-20 seconds after the window is lowered. Then put it fully up. It should reset the sensor.
