Base or Sports Seats?

About to order seat covers, how do I know if I have the base or sports seats?

I would get the Sports Seats, but if you get an S they will come standard.

...and if you get the leather Sports, you get adjustable lumbar support.

But if you get leather shorts... they gave you Lederhosen instead.
