ok...but does Mini honor that I guess is the question? I found that kind of information but have found nothing that says Mini will warranty a clogged Cat on an '08 mini. I know it's a common problem and there are a bunch of threads on here about it. but the big question... will mini replace?

 

They have to, it's a federal regulation. Print the EPA page and circle the appropriate paragraph and show it to your service adviser.
