Clubman boot stripes specific questions

I would like to put the OEM bonnet stripes that my dealer installed on my bonnet but I would like them installed on the boot. I have the standard black with white pin stripes on the bonnet. I however don't want to pay the NYC dealer the insane asking rate of $150/hr to install them and I don't want to pay $100 for the stripes either when they are online for much less.

So some questions...I was going to put this in the MOD section but since it is Clubman specific...

1. What is a good source online for matching stripes like I have now? I have seen several but making sure they "fit/match" the Clubman bonnet is hard to tell. It seems that these stripes are not really made for the Clubman boot and would have to be cut to fit correct? Would I basically have to buy the bonnet stripes then?

2. I would like to run them down the middle of each barn door I think. Any thoughts on placement? Straight down the middle. I have seen them at an angle but I am not sure I like that. Maybe slightly to the outside of the barn doors...

3. Any sources for installation in the NYC area that won't rip me off with union prices in NYC??? To give you an idea, MINI of Manhattan (nice folks but) charges $400 for the stripes and installation of OEM bonnet only stripes. That's kinda crazy IMHO for the job.

Thanks in advance!

Looking good slim! I remember that thread! Would those match up with the ones my dealer installed on the bonnet? I think black with white pin stripe. Your stripes look thinner than mine. Also, I notice everyone usually puts the boot stripes down the center of the boot but to the far left and right of the barn doors. I want to put my stripes down the middle of the barn doors or slightly outward instead of where you have them. Would those bonnet stripes only come pre cut to accommodate the door handle? I wouldn't need the viper stripe continued but rather the regular stripe continued on the boot. Make sense? I guess I would have to cut around the back clubman logo and the back mini logo on the barn doors perhaps depending on exactly where the stripes go down. I don't think I would need the cured cut out for the door handle...

My stripes are each 5" wide. They have a gap between them of 1 1/4".

They come PRE CUT and ready to put on from RMG.

At RMG you can specify the width and color of the pinstripe as well.
