I am sure that this subject has been done numerous time and since I am new to this forum and the Mini Culture as a whole I was hoping for some help.

I just got a new Clubman with the stock speakers. It sounds like crap! Is there a straight forward for upgrading them and not installing an amp?

Also, since I have not tackled these door panels before, has someone posted a step by step for their removal?

go over to the NAV and audio forum. There are howto's that will show how the door panels remove and also talk about solutions. With a stock stereo, there are a few simple tricks you can do to improve sound before even replacing speakers. I can't recall them exactly. I have HIFI and it sux bad....
