Anybody know if the front doors in the Clubby are the same size as the Cabrio/Cooper/Cooper S? My real question, can one swap armrests and door inserts between the different models (excluding rear of interior)? Thanks!

 

Until the new cabrio hits the streets shortly, all the ones on the road are the old R52 body style, so I'd be extremely surprised if the armrests/door panels were interchangeable with the R56/R55.

 

Right thanks, I guess what I am asking is......................can the front door (painted) inserts and color line trim/armrests be interchanged among all 2nd gen models - R55, R56, and R57?

 

Yes you can, everything on all three models is the same in terms of interior pieces for the front seat.

HOWEVER, on the clubman the back seats also have painted inserts and color line trim that matches the front seat, this doesn't exist on the other two models so that might be a problem.

 

My understanding is,from the B pillar forward,it's the same car.Q
