Pete at MinSpeed sells them in all factory colors. Price is $155. The quality is great, and they come w/ clips to install. Takes all of 3 min. to do both sides, and you retain your factory ones if you ever want to go back stock.

I was told that if you order factory fog lights, they turn off when you switch on the high beam. Is this true? I feel that having low beam with the fog lights isn't always going to be sufficient. I sometimes drive down highways at night where I don't see a car for miles and miles. This is another thing that convinced me to skip the fog light option on my car. I still intend to install aftermarkets later on so I can wire it to function with or without high beams.

Fog lights + high beams will undo any fog function the fog lights have. The dispersion of light by the fogs allow you to still see through fog(but the high beams will just undo this). If you just want increased light, turn on driving lights+high beams.

Although, with aftermarket fog lights, you can wire it directly to the battery and use an off and on switch to turn on at will.

Yes, with the factory setup, the driving lights go off when the high beams go on. I will wire mine into the rear fog switch which will allow me to use my aftermarket driving lights in conjunction with my high-beams if necessary. I will just disable the rear fogs as I never use them and I only ordered them for the toggle switch anyway.
