I'm a fan of Tire Rack, and for the Clubman (non-S) their preferred winter wheel and tire package is Continental TS810 (Performance Winter) 185/65-15 and 15 x 6.5 (steel) wheels. I was not planning on getting the TPM sensors (an extra $200) but the annoyance of not being able to turn off the warning, or the expense of moving the sensors from the OEM wheels to the winter wheels makes me think the it's worth it. I live on the coast of Maine so the worst driving is usually slush (then rutted ice in my long driveway after the plowman doesn't show up...) but the roads are generally well cleared. I'm considering Blizzaks or Nokians as a more aggressive alternative. Opinions??

My husband swears by swithing to snows on his Volvo C70, which is moderately awful in the snow. For Lola, we are sticking with the all-seasons this year to see how they do. Since I am a teacher I don't usually have to head out in snowy conditions and if it is really bad and I have to go out, I still have the Durango to use. I know most don't have that option, but I am going to try my best to keep Lola safe, dry and warm in my garage when it snows. Which reminds me, I should be cleaning my garage out now.....Yikes!
