okay - our mini before we added racing stripes and checkered flag mirrors



and our mini "built" on the mini website- it would not show the checkered flag interior rear view mirror---so not my actual mini, as it is in the 'shop'

 

So sorry to say, I am selling my Hot Chocolate. If any fans on here know anyone who'd take good care of my baby, please let me know. I don't want it going to someone who won't love it.

But hey, we're still keeping our other MINI! Blue with the white hat and white bonnet stripes. I guess I'll just put my Hot Chocolate love into that one.

We drove our new HC Clubman home on Saturday. His name is Willie after Willie Wonka. He is getting his Silver bonnet stripes on today and all cleaned up. I just ordered a Europlate that reads "WonkaMobl.

...any regrets after living with the car for some time? I haven't ordered yet, but I'm starting to think the black is a bit stark and craving the chocolaty goodness. We tend to keep our cars a long time, so whatever we get we'll be living with for years. Are the cloth/leather seats holding up?

I picked up my HC Clubman yesterday, drove it home (2 hours) and now I can't drive it till I register it on Monday. But it is more than I hped for! It has looks and handles better than anything I've ever owned before.

Where is home if we may ask?

Wonderfull color and like like your choice for the interior seating. Best choice IMHO. Now all you need are a few more interior appointments like HC shift ****/boot, e-brake handle/boot. Oh and maybe a HC steering wheel. Or you could offset the the HC by going with Tuscan appointments.

Any how have fun with your new car and enjoy the ride and the obsession.

 

Zugly is legal..... his vanity plate says "Clubman".

My Zugly will have "Clubman" vanity plates too. T-3 weeks and counting....or maybe sooner. When they arrive, I'll post a picture.

 

Our Mini is at about 15K miles and the HC interior looks like new. Our seats are all-leather and that might be a better choice for you since you keep cars a long time (as do we). The HC interior is very beautiful, no complaints.

Only mine two hours and am pretty excited. Happy to be part of the Club. Black accent. No name yet.

 

 

I wanted boot stripes on the back of my new hot chocolate clubman but I really wanted pinstripes and I did not want the sport stripes down the middle. So i decided to go with something a little different. Pretty standard for the MC and MCS, but kind of different for the clubman.

I love um! What do you think?

Standard bonnet stripes but using the matching black with white pinstripe.

 

Just bought one last night...there was an HC one on the lot with the silver top and I get to pick it up Monday...his name is Hershel Kiss (in honor of Hershel Walker) since it looks a little like a Hershey's kiss too...can't wait!
