ahh ... ok. I would say the MCC is equivalent to the MZ3 not the Speed.
even with 40 or so less hp ... it feels the same and the driving feel is lightyears ahead of the MZ3.

look at the S, if you need something equivalent to the MS3.

did you drive ANY of the MINI's yet?

Oh yeah I've been in love with them since they came out in 2002. I really had my heart set on a 2006 MCS but I couldn't swing the payments so I got the 3 instead since I got a supplier discount. I recently took out an MCCS and LOVED it. The only issue is price with an S. There was a black/black MCC in the showroom that I was oggling over.

I wanna join!

Hi Everyone!

I am just bursting at the seams awaiting delivery of my HC Clubman! It has been awaiting transport since May 31. What is taking it so long??

I've already ordered my plates-Texas Animal Friendly "BRNDG" in memory of my Big Brown Dog Oswald. A 100lb Chessie who died last year at 16.
My husband was so impressed (read-jealous) with the MCC, he placed an order for a MC the week after mine. His has been stuck at production for 2 weeks.

Can I join the Club?

Reg

Finally picked up COCO PUFF last night.
What a great drive home.
Already registered for my first MINI event.......Mickey & MINI 4

Plenty of Motoring time before then.

I will post up pics as soon as I get around to putting on the new wheels and tires and the stripes.

HAPPY MOTORING!!

Congrats ... I am sure you are psyched!

So what wheels did you decide on? Are you going the bronze route after all?

Just to let you knowthe OL can be off by as many as two weeks sometimes. I had a call from the dealer before the car came out of "Transport" and was actually driving it before it came out of "At Distribution Center"

If you check with your MA they may have a better idea where it is at.

Having a blast in just a day or so.

Decided to go with MOMO CORSE RPM's in silver to match roof..........got to thinking it might be too much brown/bronze

So I just ordered my Clubman S today and can now say I am part of the exclusive "Hot Chocolate Club" . I've been lurking on this site for over 2 years. My car finally died and now I can order the car of my dreams. Dealer tells my 6-7 weeks for delivery, is that realistic.

Welcome!

Yep, if you've been reading here for 2 yrs, you'll see that 6-7 weeks is pretty good for a Clubbie. Some folks have to wait till October!

Yes, this is slightly ahead of schedule. My MA never gave me an exact date, but said production would not begin until the end of June, so I would not have my car until the end of July. I am so glad it got bumped up! Have a great weekend everybody!

Very nice Mini!

I placed my order this weekend. Almost like yours except for a black top.

I thought about that too. Can you order with the wheel on the right for the U.S.? It would be novel anyway (unless you drive a postal vehicle).

You cannot order it, but about 3 months ago on Ebay, some rich a-hole in Maiami had an electric blue with all the fixins for sale RHD and he wanted 45K because his wife wanted a lexus convertible instead. He said he had 45K into it so hat is what he wanted. BA car though

Well, if I really wanted one bad enough I guess I could go to Europe, buy one, and ship it back...

Maybe I'll get one with two sets of controls (wheels) as in aircraft. :-)
