cabrio HK amplifier

does anyone know where the HK amplifier is located in a mini cabrio and how to get to it to tap into the wires for a subwoofer?

I believe its under the passenger seat under the metal plate. theres a slit in it and you can see what looks like the amp. not 100% sure thats it but it does looks alot like other oem amps ive seen.

Yes it is under the passenger seat. You could get to it by moving the seat all the way forward then all the back to remove all the screws. The best bet would be to remove the whole seat.
