Back side window jams - anyone else w/this?

I had my cabrio top replaced about 3 months ago. Ihad had a rattle that eventually was traced to a broken piece in the sunroof cassette, and the dealer said let's just replace the roof anyway since there is a TSB out about it. So they did, no fuss no muss, and a new sunroof cassette was ordered and installed.
All was well until about two weeks ago, when I noticed the sound of rushing air after I had closed the top, and realized that the rear passenger window was not closing, but getting stuck about 1/2 way up. It was not tracking properly in the slot, and was getting stuck. I found that if I gently pushed in the window as I was holding the button to raise it, it would pop into the slot again and close. It is fast becoming a pain, since a half-open window iis practically asking for someone to try and get into the car.
I have my 25K service coming up in a another week or so, but has anyone else experienced this problem? I never had it with the original top...

I actually did have something like this happen with mine. About a week before our mountain run, when using the remote function (key in door to put top up) one of my rear windows didn't go up. Happened about three times, but I haven't noticed it since. Go figure - a gremlin?

I have had this happen 3 times in the past month. Just one window doesn't go up. Very bizarre.

Anyone else have this happen???

I've had this happen about half a dozen times. One of the windows goes up, the other doesn't.

I have had this same thing happen on my 05 MCC about 3 times over the past year. Always the passenger side rear window. Is this the same one everybody else is having trouble with? I reported this the last time I was in for service at the dealer but they couldn't duplicate or find anything wrong.

window

I've had my 2006 cabrio for 2 weeks and today was the first time I had a problem. When I closed the roof and got out of the car, I noticed the driver side rear window was open. I opened the car and closed it again with the window button and it went right up.Strange?
