How can I fold my Wind Deflector?

Ok.. whats the secret! I can't close the wind deflector! Its at the step where it folds in half and I can't seperate the two pieces.

Is there a secret handshake im forgettting?

From: As far away from Florida as I can get.

The large latch on the drivers side need to be lifted up and pulled to wards the middle a little more. It is dual actions. The second action will release the folding part.

Newbie here with the Wind Deflector

Thanks for the hint.

I even saved the pictures that came with the screen - Guess I flunked picture reading.

Anyway, Thanks for the hint - it is time to put away the screen - temp today was 75-78.

I usually do the following:
1)Thank the sun goddess for a few seconds
2) bow down a couple of times
3) do exactly what goaljnky suggested.
It works for me....
