Recomendation for a '05 MCC air intake replacement.

I am sure this topic has been covered in detail before, so sorry for being redundant. I wanted to see what the recommendation would be for replacing the air intake on my '05 MC Open. I see there are 4 or 5 diffirent manufacturers/models out there. Is there some sort of concencus, preference, or opinioin on which one is most functional? I would prefer more function (hp) vs. flash (sound). Also what is the diffirence/advantage of CAI vs HAI?

Please, let me hear your opinions...
