Belt Tensioner Bolt Snapped

This silly bolt snapped on me earlier trying to reinstall the belt tensioner. The first picture is where the bolt is (right side), sheared off in the timing cover. The second pic is the other bolt and his much shorter friend. I think this is *just* in the timing cover, so should I just remove that to get it out? I don’t have much experience with extracting screws, but I’m not sure I even could with it in its current state.

Ugh, that sucks! from what I can see, that bolt is just in the timing cover. it looks like a bear to get it off, and like you ought to change a couple of gaskets while you're there. I'd be really tempted to run it with just the other 3 bolts. I have no idea if that's a good idea or not, but I'd take a hard long think on it.

Here's what I found as a DIY for the timing cover and it has pics of the back so you can see bolt holes.

Yeah I was looking at part drawings of the timing cover and can pick out where the bolt goes into it. Likely going to have to take it off to get it out of there. Luckily so much of my car is apart right no the hardest part will be taking off the dampener.
