Top forward adjustment?

I looked and didn't find...Is there a way to adjust the top so that it closes equally across the front? By that, I mean when the roof is closed the driver's side is tight against the metal part of the roof and the passenger's side is slightly back. It seals against water, but it just doesn't look right. I need to move the passenger side slightly forward.

Off the top of my head...

<Close the top best as possible
<Open mid roof motor door (Pull from the side facing the bonnet)
<Unscrew 3 screws, but hold motor in place, it is heavy for its size.
<Remove plug/cable by releasing 2 small clips on the side of the connector
<Remove motor & put it somewhere safe

The gear on the motor pushes/pulls the 2 cables that retract the sunroof portion of the top. The cables look like long springs with a wire down the middle of the coil, but you can only see a 1inch section where the motor connects to the cables.

At this point you need a flat head screwdriver to push the passenger's side cable so the roof aligns.

It took me a few tries when I replaced my cables to get everything back in-line.

After that, it's just puting the motor back in & testing it out.

I hope that helps...I remember a video somewhere of cable replacements/top repair, if I find it, I'll post it here.

If anyone else finds it first, I won't be mad at them posting it

Thanks for the tips! I gave that a shot and couldn't move it enough with a screwdriver so I put the motor back in and moved the roof back a bit, removed the motor, slid the offending side forward as much as it needed to go, and it still left that small gap. I tried it 5 or 6 times and still couldn't get it. There must be a stop or something that I'm overlooking. Ce la vie! I washed and will put the roof down and it will be a mute point.
