back up alarm?

We just bought an 07 a month and a half ago

When exiting our garage, most but not all of the time, it beaps 3 times, it seems like its coming from the rear of the car

what up with that?

Thought it might have to do with the electric garage door opener? We don't have the option to program the car to open the door. Juartt the old fashioned clip on the visor controller

R52's come standard with a back up alarm. It doesn't take much to set them off, probably it is sensing the corner of your garage door opening.

Look up "Park Distance Control (PDC)" in the Owner's Manual, or page 78 here: http://www.motoringfile.com/files/20...onvertible.pdf

Ours does it every time I back out of the garage. It tells me our li'l guy is as excited to go for a drive as we are.

More visual aids

Don't forget multivex mirrors.

I find that they are a HUGE help in seeing around the ragtop corners.
