New Car Sales Promotions

How come Mini never offers financing or sales promotions on convertibles?

they do but usually at the end of the year. Got my 09mcs vert. at .9% and $2500 off msrp plus free auto trans. Don't expect any promotions until the end of 2011. their 2010 promotions just ended.
