How do you remove the rear seat?

I have 06 cabrio ,I want to remove the seat back and cushion for more space traveling to the MOTD ,

Lol, I have taken out my rear seats and its actually quite easy. The seat bottoms just get pulled out and then the backs need to get un bolted at the bottom of the back. Which I think is just what the instructions above are saying.

This is off the top of my head as I used did this a long while ago following the bently manual.
