My husband bought me a Blue Tracks unit that runs bluetooth and my Ipod together. I had it installed by an authorized shop. The problem is that when it is hooked up, it works but the radio reception does not! As soon as it is unplugged, the radio reception returns.
The installation shop has been on the phone with the owner and designer of Blue Tracks and has reviewed all the wiring step by step.
Blue Tracks is sending a new unit with the hopes that maybe something in the unit itself was causing the interference with the radio. If this new unit still causes the same interferece, than basically I am SOOL.
Has anyone had this experience and/or any suggestions?
