Rear speaker replacement

Anyone know how to remove the rear side panels on a cabrio? I am planning to replace the rear speakers and install fatmat if I can get enough of metal exposed.

Thanks Richard. Looks simple enough, though along the way I'm going to have to figure out what a mucket is.

The preliminary steps include removing the rear seat and the back rest. In searching for this I've read where the rear seat is easy enough, but the back rest seems to cause some folks problems. Any direction there?
