Multivex

Hi - I was planning to get some multivex mirrors but I know they were not shipping due to some production issues for quite some time. I got an email from the company saying they were back to shipping orders.

Has anyone received their backorders recently?

Where are you purchasing from? Seems they are available from several companies.

Lastly, looks like the 08 mirrors are the same as the 05 - 07. Just want to confirm.

Thanks!
KC

got mine (from multivex directly) last week. i have an '08 and had no issues with applying the mirror. it does help with the blindspot. i'd say it's safe to take the plunge now

hi all, I just ordered my MCS Convertable yesterday... I have heard about mirrors helping for the blind spots but can't picture in my mind where they would go. Could someone please explain were the multivex mirrors and installlation. This might be something I should look into.

They are the same size/shape as your rear view mirrors and are mounted over your existing mirrors. They will not change the appearance of your mirrors(or MINI), but are designed to give a wider field of view to the sides.

Thanks for the help! I now understand and will give some thought to this.

Oxtox what part of Philly Burbs if you don't mind I ask. I'm about 1 hour North West of Philly.

I got mine, and installed them today.

Is the left-side mirror supposed to have two-layers of double-sided foam tape? It makes it stick out a lot!
