Wow nice job. I saw a MINI Gen 1 convertible years ago in the UK with a UJ top someone had made and it was stitched. This was in 2006 i think

 

I'm attaching a few photos of my 2008 Mini Cooper S convertible JCW. This is my FL car which I might be driving until the COVID 19 is history



This mini is a pleasure to drive. Not the fastest car by any means. I wouldn't mind having the new 2.0L engine.

 

Here is my before and after of my 2005 Cooper S R52. I am the second owner and has loads of mods added over the 4 yrs I have had her. When I got her she was completely stock. This car puts the biggest smile on my face of all cars I have owned.

 

The 08 JCW I just picked up for my wife to drive in the summer.

 

My 2007. Best fun you can have for the money. Just keep a wrench handy.
