I've got 4000 miles left on my warranty and I've scheduled an appointment
at Roadshow Mini in Memphis. I've got 2 problems, one is a headlight that
looks cloudy and the other is brakes that are starting to grind. Are these
items covered under warranty ? Will they go over the vehicle and see what else can or needs to be fixed under warranty ? I bought this car used and haven't gone to a MIni dealer before.

Brakes grinding... doubful they will be covered as they are a wear item.

More than likely you would need to bring any problems to their attention for them to take care of it.

 

I am taking my car in for a check up tomorrow. I have 49,899 on the clock right now

As for your brakes, they would have been covered under the 3/36 maintenance plan but not by the warranty.
