Awesome service at MINI of Peabody

So here's the deal.....
I notice a 5 inch crack at the top of Harry's windshield on Saturday the 24th.....no star impact, just a straight line from the trim at the top and going down vertically. I'm like "holy *&^%"!!!!! Call my MA Joel at MINI of Peabody, he explains that it is covered if it is a stress fracture only, not a rock impact. I explained the case, he transferred me to Graham in service.

Boom, immediate appointment on Tuesday the 27th at 7am.....So I motor up there, arriving half asleep at 6:40 am. I am greeted(cheerfully!) by Gary, who takes my info and has me sign the paperwork. Off to the upstairs lounge, with plasma TV, free coffee and soda and MINI reading material. They both checked on me while I waited, making sure that I realized it was about a 3 hour process.

So anyway, at 10:00am I headed out for some fresh air, and of course the chance to look at MINIs. Graham finds me outside and says "you're all set!!" Sign and drive, no cost and very nice attitudes from everyone at MoP!!

Just wanted to give them a public thanks and let everyone know how great the staff is there.

Happy motoring!!

Many of MINI of Peabody's customers are on the other mini forum http://www.mini2.com/ Often, if you post ahead of time that you'll be at MINI of Peabody, someone will show up to take you out to lunch.

Agreed - Peabody (and Gary) is the best!

I had some VERY interesting electrical problems* that took months to figure out. But visit after visit, Gary and Bob were determined they would figure it out. And they finally did. Never once got the feeling that they were sick of seeing me come in, or sick of working on my car.

* the weirdest symptom was pulling to a stop, turning the key, taking it out, and the engine was still running.
