My uneducated guess is that the MSRP will go up once most people are really paying MSRP....I think they made the MSRP low because they knew dealers would sell it for more.......when are the 2003 officially supposed to be sold, do you know?

 

MINIQUEEN and MINIjewel, two US motoring advisors, have stated that the price increase on MINIs would be $125 for '03 model year. Not sure if that is for both models, but think so.

I was told by my dealer that the increase for 2003 is $125. He also said Mini is going to throw in a second chip key with the 2003's as well, for which Mini normally charges around $100 if you buy one.

Prices for new model vehicles only go up once a year. which is the beginning of the model year.

 

I paid sticker for my MCS, it was a non spec car, I want to spec one out the way that I want so I, like the rest of the world hope the prices stay where they are so I can get another on next year.
