My toggle switch bank is messed up and I want to swap it out with a new one. If I use the same type (DSG, no rear fog) do I need to have the dealer reprogram it? I asked them about the part, and they are the ones that told me it would have to be re programed. Is this true? I assumed it would be just a parts swap.

 

Just a parts swap. You'd only need a reprogram if you were adding rear fogs.
