I would personally like to thank each and everyone of you who have contacted us here at CLassic Mini for your Mini accessory purchases. We have tried to bring high quality products to the Mini owners at more reasonable prices then some of the other dealers, and in doing so I feel that we have increased our customer base AND increased the enjoyment of you people, THE MINI OWNERS! I really appreciate you taking the time to send your emails and even calling long distance to purchase items from us here at CLASSIC. We take pride in the idea of our customers enjoying the time they spend interacting with us here at Classic Mini/BMW.

Thank you once again. We will continue to try our best to serve you all well.

Have a GREAT weekend, and Happy Motoring!

Brian Flick-CLASSIC BMW/MINI parts advisor

Thanks to you as well, Brian, for being so responsive with all of the information I have requested. It is great to know that you guys are out there, and I plan on purchasing all of my OEM parts directly from you.

Keep us posted (maybe you could start an email list for running specials).

jc- No I am sorry our website is functional yet. We have been trying to get the upper management to allow us to do it but they won't. I think they must feel the market is there yet. Unfortunetly they make the decisions, you know We are doing our best. I know that purchasing over an online source is cheaper (no long distance phone calls) and some people just don't like talking to dealers, but I like the interaction with our clients. I enjoy meeting you (even though its only over the phone) and I try to make each and every customer's experience with us here at Classic an enjoyable one. I would like our customers to feel comfortable calling us. The last thing I want is for customers to feel irritated with the idea of having to call us. I am working on some new specials and working out some different ways of making customer contacts. I just want to thank all of you for your business and for speaking so highly of us to your peers. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and it could also be the worst(if your customers are unhappy). Thats why I try my best to make our customers happy. Thank you again for being great customers.

Both times I ordered from Brian, I did it through email. Great experience. Any time I am looking for OEM parts, I plan on contacting Brian first.

In leiu of a complicated online commerce site, maybe you could just put a page in the MCO sponsor directory with an extensive list of parts/prices along with ordering information.

Brian-
Thanks for your help and fast emails. It's been good to get parts from you.
Would like to see a parts list for the most common orders you get from MCO members- that would be helpful.
