There's TONS of info!

Densos and NGK Iridium IX are popular. Stock equivalent is fine, one step colder if you have a pulley. Search around!

I have NGK iridium BKR7EIX-11 ,6988 from Mini Mania. Are expensive and personally don't think they really did anything to improve hp over stock in my moderately moded S .If you choose to use, unlike most plug's do not prelube the plug and make sure you torque to 20# and gag is .035. Reck torque every 5 thousand mile's. Have been some car's that blew plug out in past. My setting's have never chged, but I still do ck them as noted. Cylinder # 2 appear's from past post's to be most prob. ?? My car is driven daily 100miles and ave speed is 75 to 95 the entire distance. This plug is colder than stock, so may reduce cylinder temp a bit which is good on a moded engine.

I have either the Denso IK-20 for stock, or the IK-22 cold plugs for
$46.95 a set plus shipping.

eBay is the cheapest I found for Densos...

about $40 shipped to your door. You have to search by spark plug type. I think the set is listed for Acura Integras....

Just remember to torque them and check every month. I just had my #2 blow out and strip the entire threads...I was running the cooler Denso's and if you search a little you will find this is a problem that is a little more common that should be happening.
