Autocross courses usually don't have "gatorsteeth" to punish over-exuberant driving (as in knocking a wheel off the bead while going chatter/chatter/chatter/...). Consider what hazzards can be encountered vs. higher performance. If going to a cruise night is part of the itinerary, then I can't help you.
