R50/53 DSC Rubber

DSC Rubber
Found out that from a stop light in a long left sweeping turn that the Mini will catch 1st and 2nd gear rubber with out really trying when the DSC is turned off. Anybody get in trouble from the locals by this 'accidental' display of speed?

Can't say that I really take DSC off when on the street - but when I had a pick-up truck.......
