Anyone had any experience with this?

It holds the phone via a magnet. It attaches to the dash with sticky tape. I was thinking of using the 3M Command Adhesive removable strips instead.

 

I have something similar but never used it. Good idea about using the Command removable strips though. But I'm not too thrilled about mounting the docking disc to my phone.

Ever since I got a Bluetooth headset, I never placed my phone anywhere in the car. It just stayed in my pocket or belt clip. But the standard cup holder is a nice location.

 

My phone fits nicely in the cup holder. The visor is too thick to clip the phone onto it. Let us know if the command tape works if you try it. Sounds interesting.

I removed the big cup holder and installed a Kuda mount with a proclip phone holder for my cellphone. I think it looks great and works just as nice.

I use velcro for my XM Remote Control I kept losing it :(

 

Alright, the magnet idea doesn't work. The phone won't stay put for long. I may try it for my garage door opener, though.
