Something loose under the body?

Hey guys. When i go over a pot hole or something, I hear something under the body thats loose. Its not really noticable, but anoying. I tightened the spare tyre, is there anything else you guys could think of?

Also I've been having problems with the DSC. Sometimes when I'm driving, normally around a sligh corner, The DSC light flashes about 3 times like i'm loosing traction and the car handles funny. The road has been smooth whenever its done this so i know its not loosing traction. But with this and me hearing something loose under there, im a bit concerned that my DSC "box?" is loose.

Any imput would help calm my nerves or solve the problem. Thanks

Just take it into the dealer for a quick check-up. My mini always feels like something is loose underneath. Once the bolts from my exhaust had rattled loose and the exhaust was rattling against the heatshield. Try not to loose sleep over it.

Ok, The DSC "box" is under the bonnet on the passenger side cowl area, check that first.

Then, I'd check the exhaust system and fuel tank if you have 4 jacks or a lift (preferable make sure no bolts are loose under neath the car) also check to make sure no rocks are stuck next to any of the ehat shields.

Have oyu had any ABS system difficulty? DSC uses the ABS sensors.
