I can't seem to warm to the current Velvet Red. Nice color but too dark and lacks depth. My ideal version of Velvet Red is a bit different.

The most exciting item on your list to me is #5, the windshield fix.
I just hope that this fix actually happens, and is of the kind that will allow retrofit to pre-04 cars. Best solution would be a thicker, stronger windshield made out of better quality glass that does not pit and crack so easily.
Lets hope this happens soon!

 

I'm not sure I want a heavy windshield. I am not buying the sunroof or the 17" wheels because of their weight so I hope what changes they make do not add weight to the car.

The orange in the photo reminds me of the old Orange BMWs from the late 70s. they were little square cars and the best looking colors were black or orange.

How much more would a better windshield weigh? 5 pounds? 10 pounds? Totally worth it!
