I had a question...

How many people would use a mobile mod service if it was offered to you?

Say you needed an oil change and a pulley installed, but didnt have the time to drive out to a shop to have it done? What if you could pay a fee that was under half the hourly rate of a BMW dealer plus a travel fee (based on the mileage it would take from the installer to get from their location to yours) and have the installer come to your residence and do it while you were at home, or doing other tasks?

Right now this would be for the Ohio area only, but it may expand at a later date...

Sounds like a great idea, if your market is large enough to support it.
I would certainly use such a service if it were available.

 

yeah, do some market analysis first, the "modding" market isn't as big as you think it is. A mobile oil change service alone could probably make some dough though, just offer mod install as well. I'd bet oil changes would make up 90% of your business though. . .
