I bought my 2004 Mini a few months ago and took it in to the dealer for a couple various reasons. I was very impressed with the treatment and the price.

Classic Mini in Mentor Ohio ordered new Xenon lights for me and even though the car is out of warranty they will replces them free. They changed my oil, set the computer options for me, and checked my tranny fuild all for about $50. They also gave me a loaner car at no cost.

A pleasant dealer experiance is a rare thing!

I've been impressed with Roadshow MINI in Memphis.

 

It's too bad that usually the only dealer stories are negative. It's nice to hear some positive experiences.

It's not unusual though to hear good things about Classic.

 

If we are not talking $$$ then my dealer has excellent service. They just charge lots of $$$$$ per hour.

 

So nice to hear postive dealer story instead of horror tales for a change.

 

Classic almost always has positive feedback. I havn't heard too many bad comments concerning Classic.
