Towing a MINI

Hey everyone...!

So I've checked online everywhere: google, NAM, MINI2 and I can't find a straight answer for my questions.

Ok so last Saturday I had a couple customers come in and ask about towing a MINI. Does the MINI require a flatbed towing? I read that it's bad to tow it with two wheels on the ground but has anyone had their MINI towed before? How did they do it?

As well, what if you want to tow a MINI behind an RV or something? Is this possible and what would you need to do it?

MINI recommends a flat bed for towing because the lift types can damage the body or undertray of the car. As far as towing behind an RV, I don't think it would be a problem as long as they used a dolley for the front of the car. Not sure if there is a kit for attaching tow points to the front of the MINI.
