200 miles and I have a UFN.

Unidentified Freaking-annoying Noise that is. Whenever I turn the steering wheel about 30 degrees to the left it almost sounds like the horn honks really quick but it's in the steering column, does it going back to straight too. Any ideas?

Sounds like metal rubbing against each other or something...

Dude, that's awesome. You should start your own automotive radio show. You'll smoke those Car Talk guys.

Did you have a playful MA? Woopie cushion?

But seriously, makes the horn sound but only internally or is actually honking the horn briefly? If so I'd say pinched wire.

Otherwise check make sure nothing is bouncing around the steering colum and that everything trhere is tight.

Can you get a sound recording of this?

I like the UFN

Yeah, kind of I guess.

It's not actually the horn, I checked. Sounds like two pieces of rough plastic rubbing with a lot of pressure maybe. I'll investigate more tomorrow and if not back to the dealership I go.
