R50/53 Bad Smog Index (SI)?

How about just bringing th Mine OneD over here. I went to the mini from a VW TDI running 100% bio-diesel 9 months out of the year (except during the colder winter months in East texas where I needed to run 20% Bio-Diesel). It was nice knowing that most of th year I was using 0% fuel from the middle east with zero harmful emissions.....

hmmmm... it is an ethical dilemma for sure. I really hope that Mini invests more in Hybrid or electric technology. I know the performance minded Mini owners might not go for this, but I would. At least I could still drive a Mini and feel like I was trying to do something about our oil dependency.
