hmmmm....have you test-driven a Cooper yet? All Coopers, regardless if they are S or non-S are all speedy, curve-hugging cars with go-kart like suspensions. If you are looking for a smooth, quiet ride, I'm afraid you really have the wrong car, and may better be suited for some type of luxury sedan. What is it about the Cooper that you love and makes you drawn to it? Maybe that would help me understand your position better.
