A couple things..........

First Ive unfortunately developed a new rattle. If you have the daul panoramic sunroof like me its in the support bar between the two pieces of glass, its on the right side, where the headliner kindve bubbles from the support and meets the rest of the headliner.

Anyway its only when im driving or when i push the headliner in that spot but it sounds like a little plastic ball is bouncing around in there and unless i have my music on or windows down i can hear it constantly, and ideas as to what it is?

Second, Im looking into a JCW air intake and I was wondering if anybody knew where I could get it real cheap or if anybody has one thats new or only slightly used that theyre willing to sell

Thanks guys
Motor on!!

Skip the JCW air intake. The replacement (paper) filter elements are around $100. There are a few alternatives for washable replacement filters, but again they're around $100. (Any other cold air intake includes a washable element as part of the original price.) I have this intake because it is part of the JCW Engine Kit, but I wouldn't have purchased it as a stand alone item due to the excessive filter costs.

With all that said, it is a well made airbox and it produces a great sound. When the flap opens at 4500 rpm it gives you an extra dose of supercharger whine without being obnoxiously loud. I think there's been a lot of acoustic tuning with this little item. It's actually a cool system, my only beef is the ongoing cost of replacement filters.

PS If you're looking for maximum whine, this ain't the right intake for you anyway.

Could be that the tracks for the sunroof need to be greased. Its a fairly common problen, I lube my '02 once a year. There's a thread in the Beneath the Bonnet forum that tells you how to do it correctly.

I haven't localized the exact location yet, but I've heard something similar in my car recently. I haven't heard it in a few days, though.

I think the sunroof noises are worse in dryer weather. I am going to review the lube thread...my Wanda needs a little moisturizing!

well i like the supercharger whine but it can be obnoxious so thats, good the only thing is, how much do the replacement filters cost but more importantly how often do i have to replace them?
