Lost wiper part

This morning, while washing the car, I noticed that a piece was missing from the passenger side wiper. It is an L-shaped thing that snaps on to the leading edge. Anybody know what it is called? Is it a Mini-specific thing (buy from Mini) or generic (auto parts store)? What does it do? It looks like it might be a kind of high-speed hold-down....

If you're talking about the little aero wing on the driver's side and thinking there should be one on the passenger's side.......... you might be right, but MINI never installed one there

I thought this at one point too, but my dads MINI also didnt have one... so either we both lost the same part, or it never came on that side
