It's a special order plate offered in
Pennsylvania . Funds are donated to The Philadelphia Zoo campaign for saving wild animals.

Neat plate the DMV said it should arrive sometime this week, but the same person marked my temp. plate good 'til Nov. so I'm not getting my hopes up. Supposed to have flower on it.
