Summer Blend/Winter Blend

Does anyone notice a signifcant difference in mpg when we switch over from summer to winter blend gasoline?

I seem to remember lower M'sPG with those awful additives.

The ECU likes the "winter" blend so much better. Too much ethanol in the gas is causing problems not only to MINIs but many other cars.

This crap is utterly ridiculous!

Wait they change the formula of gas in the winter?
This is the kindve thing that makes me think the goverment is conspiring against the public,
